Ski Conditioning
Improve your general cardiovascular aerobic and anaerobic endurance
and enhance your balance, agility, coordination, core strength and
control, and muscular power.  This class is great for anyone interested
in skiing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, cycling, golf, and tennis.
Ski Conditioning challenges all ages and fitness levels.
Class meets Saturday mornings Dec. - Feb.

Decathlon
Challenge yourself and measure your ability in 10 different events!
Each spring and fall, WBF hosts a week-long decathlon program with
personal challenges in the following categories:  Run/EFX, Cycling,
Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Tricep Dips, Stairs, Squat/Wall Sit, Swiss Ball,
Static Planks, and Bicep Curls.
Event is Nov. 11-17.

Boot Camp
This high-intensity outdoor class wakes you up with a great strength
and cardiovascular challenge.  A taxing workout of all major muscle groups, this class is not for the faint of
heart!
